Great friendly service. Received a good deal with no hassle. Yes, I would recommend this business.
The MacBook was in mint condition when it arrived. Ordering was quick and simple. Delivery was even faster. It arrived in two days. The company kept me informed on all delivery information. Overall, a great online shopping experience.
Prompt shipping, consistent updates on status and product in excellent condition. Would highly recommend and will definitely come back here for my next purchase.
MacPro-LA certainly lives up to the "Pro" in their name...in all phases. I was treated with respect, honesty and courtesy right from the start. I reached out to them when I was looking for a refurbished MacBook Pro in Grade A condition. This would make my 3rd attempt buying a refurbished MacBook...the first 2 attempts with different vendors was not...
I had ordered two IpaPro with cell signal capability. One came with it and one didn't. They exchanged with no issues or push back. I did have to pay a little more because they didn't have the RAM I had ordered previously in stock so had to upgrade. What I appreciated was the hassle free return and they paid the...
My computer is immaculate. Super fast shipping and great communication. Couldn't be happier.
MacPro-LA made the purchase of my Mac Studio so easy and at the best price I could find anywhere. It was an easy decision to make from Colorado.
Easy working with them and excellent quality
Amazing! The product I bought was in great shape! And I had a mishap trying to migrate from my external, but I brought it in and it was easily solved!! I’m only sad that I didn’t find this place sooner—I would have saved myself so much money and time! THANK YOU!!!
I came in with a bad screen on an old Mac laptop I had purchased from them years ago. Instead, I was able to upgrade to another used Mac laptop for only $300 more than the repair needed for my old one. Also, the staff recommended a laptop that was more suited to my use now. This is my third...
I have bought a MacBook Pro and now an Apple Watch Ultra from these people and their service shipping and quality of the product has been excellent. I am very pleased.. a small story is that I originally ordered a titanium Apple Watch and the gentleman found it wasn't up to the quality standards so he didn't ship it to...
The said it was in A for Excellent condition and this Space Black M3 Max is one beautiful, 16” processing monster. there were a couple light scratches and a small ding on the exterior however the screen and keyboard are immaculate. I’ve loaded it up with all of my web dev tools and, like my M2 Max for work work,...
iMac arrived quickly and exactly as described. Packaging was excellent. Happy with my purchase and the 1 year warranty it comes with.
Finally got the dream laptop that I couldn't afford new 5 years ago as it had a $4k price tag. Now it's avalible for a great price, and its still completely useful for 4K video editing. Got a B-Grade so the screen is not as bright as I'd want, but its hooked up to monitors so no biggie. Besides that,...
My purchase arrived quickly and in the condition as promised on the website. I loved the bubble pack sleeve the laptop came in. These guys have the best used mac selection I was able to find. I will use them again for sure.
Great device thanks for the recommendation I will be back soon
Great experience. Super smooth shipping with excellent tracking. And the computer was as advertised and like brand new.
Wrong color (black) was received instead of Desert Titanium. Phone works great! All other specifications were satisfied. Arrived quickly.
The Macbook Air M2 was in excellent condition, just as advertised! I had some pre-purchase email questions, which Rene at MacPro-LA promptly answered. This being my first purchase from MacPro-LA I was a bit nervous. But, the experience was perfect.
All good! iPhone Air arrived in two days and was as good as new. Happy to do business with MacPro-LA again.
Love my new (to me) MBP. Looks brand new. Performance is excellent. Shipping was quick and packaging was great.
What a fantastic seller. My machine was in new condition with great memory and hard drive upgrades that would have been considerably more expensive in a new model. Can’t recommend them enough.
Mac Mini works perfectly and was in great shape. Delivery was reasonably quick.
Very pleased with the computer and delivery. Awesome unit! As advertised.
I was sent a unit with a different graphics card and processor than the one I ordered. (Issue resolved by support.)
Not able to add to my AppleCare plan.
I dropped my MacBook at the airport and the screen started flickering. Took it to the shop — they swapped a connector and it was fixed.
Wasn't able to apply a promo discount to this computer at checkout.
It is good and its speed is moderate, but the delivery date was not accurate.
Working perfectly
Good

Out of stock for the initial items I wanted, but found a good alternative.
Thought the phone would arrive in its original packaging. Phone itself is in good condition and arrived in three business days.
