Shipping Policy

All of our products can be returned for free within 30 days. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it to be eligible for a return. It must also be in its original package with all of its accessories.

A shipping label will be supplied after our customer care validates the return. Once the gadget is received in our warehouse, our team will undertake a series of tests to ensure that the refund/exchange is valid. If the gadget is still eligible, a refund or exchange will be offered. The entire process can take up to 5 days from the time the item is returned to our warehouse.



In addition to the standard policy below, please note: due to increased safety measures employed at our facilities, orders may be temporarily delayed beyond our standard fulfillment times. All orders will be shipped as soon as possible using the method selected at checkout. We appreciate your patience.

United States customers (Alaska, Colorado, and Hawaii residents please see "State-Specific Policies" below):

We offer Free shipping for orders placed via our domestic (U.S.) checkout that are being delivered to the contiguous United States.

If any paid shipping method is selected, your order is processed and shipped the same business day if placed before 2:30pm Eastern Time. If a free shipping method is selected, your order is processed and shipped within two (2) business days. Orders are processed during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 4:30PM Eastern Time) only.

You will automatically be emailed a tracking number when your order ships. If the tracking number is non-active, please allow twelve (12) hours for the carrier to update the tracking status. Any delays in transit are the responsibility of the carrier and are not eligible for reimbursement of any shipping fees.
