Finally got the dream laptop that I couldn't afford new 5 years ago as it had a $4k price tag. Now it's avalible for a great price, and its still completely useful for 4K video editing. Got a B-Grade so the screen is not as bright as I'd want, but its hooked up to monitors so no biggie. Besides that, it seems like an A-grade. Came with hard case with keypad cover as a bonus.

It was a quick delivery and the product that I bought (IMAC) looks and works fine.

The MacBook was in mint condition when it arrived. Ordering was quick and simple. Delivery was even faster. It arrived in two days. The company kept me informed on all delivery information. Overall, a great online shopping experience.

PROS: The condition of the iMac (visually) rating is good compared to other retailers who said ratings of product can be hit or miss, it's very close to what it says it is, mine was rated "Excellent, A" I would concur, with their grading system. Granted this is my first purchase from them. CONS: I bought the iMac online (March 21st) and then waited for days to pick it up when the website says typically it arrives in "4 hours." I needed it soon (which is why I went to them in the first place). That didn't happen... However the lady Vivian did recognize that it wasn't the best experience and she was at least nice to give me updates. (After I sent initial messages, what's going on). Once it was ready -- Walked in the door to pick it up. Conflicting information, where verbally was told the return is within 15 days... Okay, when it clearly says on the website and I have a screenshot of the product I got (yes, just in case was smart), 30 days return and 1 year warranty. But I got no warranty info in the box, if I ever need to use it what that process is exactly... Hopefully if I need to have the item serviced it will be on a customer service level and not a lot of hassle. 3 stars why? A couple of days later I had the brilliant idea to get my other products serviced. So reached out via text (like they recommend). Their chat game definitely needs improvement. It's just weird. Someone answering 1-2 vague responses and then leaves you on read. For example: Do you service iMacs?, what years...? Ghosted. Okay... Says they do service on their site. I wasn't asking about ordering a pizza. I'm glad others had such a great 5 star experience. I was hoping for similar. I just want my investment to last. TIP: It would be nice in another reality to get a response from the owner, how can we earn your rating to a 4 or 5 star, how about, answer your chat questions clearly, don't leave people on read... Be consistent with your web information on your return policy 30 days vs 15 days... Contact the customer FIRST, don't make them keep contacting you -- if the product is delayed, from the "warehouse." Yeah, that would do it.

Prompt shipping, consistent updates on status and product in excellent condition. Would highly recommend and will definitely come back here for my next purchase.

I had ordered two IpaPro with cell signal capability. One came with it and one didn't. They exchanged with no issues or push back. I did have to pay a little more because they didn't have the RAM I had ordered previously in stock so had to upgrade. What I appreciated was the hassle free return and they paid the shipping. I ordered another one. I came well packaged in a timely way and was in great shape.

I took my hard drive in for a diagnosis, expecting it back in 3 days. However, a week passed without any updates. Even after multiple calls, all I reached was voicemail. Frustrated, I decided to pick it up myself. While the technician apologized, the conversation was marred by microaggressions. When inquiring about recovery costs, I received vague responses like "expensive." Only after insisting did I get a clear, numeric answer. Whether unconscious bias or not, the whole experience here left me feeling as if my business wasn’t wanted. I will never come back.

MacPro-LA made the purchase of my Mac Studio so easy and at the best price I could find anywhere. It was an easy decision to make from Colorado.

I came in with a bad screen on an old Mac laptop I had purchased from them years ago. Instead, I was able to upgrade to another used Mac laptop for only $300 more than the repair needed for my old one. Also, the staff recommended a laptop that was more suited to my use now. This is my third or fourth purchase with Mac Pro LA, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. It It also fits my aesthetic of reduce, reuse, and recycle. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience I've had no problems buying a MacBook Pro and an Apple Watch

The said it was in A for Excellent condition and this Space Black M3 Max is one beautiful, 16” processing monster. there were a couple light scratches and a small ding on the exterior however the screen and keyboard are immaculate. I’ve loaded it up with all of my web dev tools and, like my M2 Max for work work, it handles whatever I throw at it with ease. Highly recommend MacPro-LA with their 1 year warranty and excellent customer service.
