Every Mac passes 50 checks in 6 stages before it can be sold, and a second technician signs it off by name.
- Security & ownership (8): Apple ID, MDM and Apple Business Manager cleared, Find My off, firmware password removed
- Hardware diagnostics (14): Apple Diagnostics, 20-minute CPU and GPU stress tests, full memory and SSD scans
- Display & input (8): dead pixels, uniformity, camera, microphones and speakers
- Ports & wireless: every USB-C and Thunderbolt port for data, power and display, plus Wi-Fi and Bluetooth
- Cosmetic restoration (10): deep clean, and an honest grade assigned by hand

What condition is it in?
Premium Open Box: the box was opened, and it looks and works like new. It passes our 50-point inspection by Certified Apple Technicians, gets a fresh macOS install and our 1-year warranty.
Does the M4 iMac support Apple Intelligence?
Yes. The M4 chip with 16GB of unified memory is built for Apple Intelligence, and the iMac runs the current version of macOS.
Will it be locked to someone else's Apple ID?
No. Every Mac is checked against Apple's servers for Activation Lock, MDM and business enrollment before it's sold. It's yours from the first power-on.
What does the warranty cover?
Hardware defects for 12 months, parts and labor, repaired on our own bench in Hollywood. If you're out of state, we pay shipping both ways. Accidental and liquid damage aren't covered. The warranty stays with the iMac if you sell or gift it.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free and fully insured on every iMac. Order by 1pm PT and it ships the same day.
Can I pick it up or see it first?
Yes. Pickup at our Hollywood store is free and usually ready within 4 hours. Open Monday–Friday 9am–5pm and Saturday 10am–2pm PT.
Can I transfer AppleCare to my name?
If the iMac still has AppleCare, yes. AppleCare is transferable. Contact Apple Support with the serial number to move it to your Apple ID.
