Four things move the number more than anything else.

Unlocked beats carrier-locked. An unlocked iPhone sells to a wider market, so it is worth more to us and we pass that on.

Battery health above 85%. Settings, then Battery, then Battery Health & Charging. If it reads above 85% you are in good shape. Below 80% we will still buy it, the offer just reflects a replacement.

Screen and back glass condition. Cracked glass does not disqualify your iPhone. We buy cracked iPhones. It simply changes the number, and we will tell you by how much before you commit.

Box and accessories help, but are not required. No box is fine. Most people lost it years ago.
