Where Amazon Renewed wins

Amazon Renewed (amazon.com/renewed) is a legitimate option for refurbished Macs. We're not going to pretend otherwise. They have a real business model with real strengths.
Where Amazon Renewed struggles
Quality varies wildly between Renewed sellers. "Renewed" criteria are looser than what we'd call "refurbished." Battery health is rarely disclosed honestly. Cosmetic standards are inconsistent. The 90-day policy is fine until you actually need to return.
