Every Mac passes 50 checks in 6 stages before it can be sold, and a second technician signs it off by name.

- Hardware diagnostics (14): Apple Diagnostics, 20-minute CPU and GPU stress tests, full memory and SSD scans

What condition is it in?
Excellent condition (Grade A): like new, with at most very light signs of use. It passes our 50-point inspection, gets a fresh macOS install and our 1-year warranty.
Does it come with a keyboard and mouse?
In the box you get the iMac and its power cord. It works with any Bluetooth or USB keyboard and mouse.
Which macOS does it run?
Apple lists the iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2020) as compatible with macOS Tahoe 26. It is an Intel Mac, so it does not support Apple Intelligence.
Can I add more memory later?
Yes. The 27-inch iMac has four memory slots you can reach from a door on the back, up to 128GB in total.
Will it be locked to someone else's Apple ID?
No. Every Mac is checked against Apple's servers for Activation Lock, MDM and business enrollment before it's sold. It's yours from the first power-on.
What does the warranty cover?
Hardware defects for 12 months, parts and labor, repaired on our own bench in Hollywood. If you're out of state, we pay shipping both ways. Accidental and liquid damage aren't covered.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free and fully insured on every iMac. Order by 1pm PT and it ships the same day.
Can I pick it up or see it first?
Yes. Pickup at our Hollywood store is free and usually ready within 4 hours. Open Monday–Friday 9am–5pm and Saturday 10am–2pm PT.
