Every Mac comes with a 12-month limited warranty against hardware defects. If something fails under normal use, we will fix it, exchange it, or refund you in full — your call. No claim portals. No outsourced techs. No "send it to the manufacturer." We service it ourselves, in Hollywood — and for any customer in the US, we pay shipping both ways on valid warranty claims.

Yes. The 12-month warranty stays with the device, not the original buyer. If you sell or gift the Mac within the warranty window, the new owner is covered for the remainder — just have them reference the original order number when calling.
What if I'm out of state — do I have to ship the Mac to LA?
No cost to you. On valid warranty claims we cover shipping nationwide — both directions. Email orders@macpro-la.com or call first so we can troubleshoot remotely; many issues we can diagnose without you shipping anything. If we do need the Mac back, we send a prepaid label.
My Mac still has AppleCare or AppleCare+ — should I use that or your warranty?
Go to Apple — it will almost always be faster. AppleCare and AppleCare+ give you direct access to Apple Stores and Apple's authorized service network nationwide, so a Genius Bar walk-in or mail-in to Apple usually beats shipping back to us. Our 12-month warranty is independent of Apple's coverage and is here as a backup: if AppleCare has expired, doesn't apply, or Apple declines the repair, call us and we'll take care of it.
What happens if you can't repair the issue?
If we can't repair it, we replace it with an equivalent or better Mac from inventory. If a comparable replacement isn't available, we issue a full refund of your original purchase price — no restocking fee, no deductible.
