1. Mac Not Charging
Check power cable and ports for debris.
Try a different compatible charger.
Reset SMC on Intel Macs.
2. Battery Not Holding Charge
Calibrate battery: charge fully, drain completely, then recharge.
Check battery health under System Settings → Battery.
If still under warranty, contact us for service.
3. Power Cable Not Working
Inspect cable and connectors for damage.
Test with another Apple-certified charger.
If under warranty, we’ll replace it.
4. Mac Won’t Turn On
Check charger connection.
Hold power button 10 seconds, then press again.
Try resetting SMC or NVRAM on Intel Macs.
If issue persists and you're under warranty, contact us.
5. Accessories Not Working
Ensure accessories are compatible.
Try removing and re-pairing Bluetooth devices.
If purchased from us and under warranty, we’ll assist.
6. Wrong System Language
Go to System Settings → Language & Region.
Reorder your preferred languages.
Restart your Mac.

Force-quit using Cmd + Option + Esc.
Restart or boot in Safe Mode.
If frozen due to hardware and under warranty, contact us.
8. Overheating or Loud Fan
Ensure proper ventilation around your Mac.
Close resource-heavy apps using Activity Monitor.
Persistent issues may be covered by warranty.
9. Forgotten Password or Locked Out
Use Apple ID to reset password via login screen.
Use recovery key if FileVault is enabled.
