What if the Mac shows up MDM-locked or with an Apple ID still on it?

Do you replace the battery on every Mac?

We verify battery health at intake on every Mac and use genuine Apple OEM cells whenever a replacement is needed. Healthy batteries stay as-is — replacing a good battery just adds cost and waste.
