Every Mac mini passes 50 checks in 6 stages before it can be sold, and a second technician signs it off by name.
- Security & ownership (8): Apple ID, MDM and Apple Business Manager cleared, Find My off, firmware password removed
- Hardware diagnostics (14): Apple Diagnostics, 20-minute CPU and GPU stress tests, full memory and SSD scans
- Display & input (8): dead pixels, uniformity, camera, microphones and speakers
- Ports & wireless: every USB-C and Thunderbolt port for data, power and display, plus Wi-Fi and Bluetooth
- Cosmetic restoration (10): deep clean, and an honest grade assigned by hand
- Final QA (5): a second technician audits it, macOS is reinstalled from Apple, then it's boxed

What condition is it in?
Excellent condition (Grade A): like new, with at most very light signs of use. It passes our 50-point inspection, gets a fresh macOS install and our 1-year warranty.
Does it come with a keyboard, mouse or monitor?
No. In the box you get the Mac mini and its power cord. It works with any USB-C, Thunderbolt or HDMI display and any Bluetooth or USB keyboard and mouse.
Does it support Apple Intelligence?
Yes. Apple lists every Mac with M1 or later as compatible, and the M4 Mac mini runs the current version of macOS.
Will it be locked to someone else's Apple ID?
No. Every Mac is checked against Apple's servers for Activation Lock, MDM and business enrollment before it's sold. It's yours from the first power-on.
What does the warranty cover?
Hardware defects for 12 months, parts and labor, repaired on our own bench in Hollywood. If you're out of state, we pay shipping both ways. Accidental and liquid damage aren't covered.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free and fully insured on every Mac mini. Order by 1pm PT and it ships the same day.
Can I pick it up or see it first?
Yes. Pickup at our Hollywood store is free and usually ready within 4 hours. Open Monday–Friday 9am–5pm and Saturday 10am–2pm PT.
