CANADA SHOPPING FAQ

Clear answers for Canadian orders.

What does delivery to Canada cost and how long does it take?

Shipping to Canada is FREE. Delivery is typically 3–5 business days.

Do I pay shipping, duties or fees on delivery?

No. Shipping to Canada is free and duties are included, so there is nothing to pay at your door. Sales tax for your province (GST/HST, plus PST or QST where it applies) is shown and added at checkout, just like on Apple.ca.

Which products are available for Canadian delivery?

Eligible MacBooks, Mac mini, Mac Studio, iPhone, and iPad products can ship to Canada when available. iMacs, Mac Pros, and displays are not offered for Canadian delivery.

What protection comes with a Mac?

Every Mac includes MacPro-LA’s 1-year warranty and 30-day return policy. The product page shows the exact cosmetic grade, configuration, and included accessories.

What condition are the Macs in?

MacPro-LA sells professionally refurbished Apple devices. Each product page states its cosmetic condition, exact configuration, and included accessories before you buy.

Can I return a Canadian order?

Yes. Canadian orders include a 30-day return policy. Review the returns policy or contact our team before sending an item back so we can help with the next step.

Which payment methods can I use in Canada?

Checkout shows the payment methods available for your order, including major cards, Shop Pay, and Afterpay where eligible.

Will I receive tracking for my Canadian order?

Yes. After your order ships, we send tracking information so you can follow delivery to your Canadian address.

Are prices shown in Canadian dollars?

Yes. When you shop the Canada store, prices are displayed in CAD. Shipping is free and duties are included; sales tax is added at checkout.

Where does my Canadian order ship from?

Orders are prepared by MacPro-LA in Hollywood, California and shipped to Canada with free shipping and duties included.

Can customs clearance affect delivery time?

Customs clearance is often completed the same day. Occasionally, it can add a few business days to delivery. Duties are included and shipping is free, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
